Our company began in the 1990's managing and establishing wildland forests and native prairies in Western Iowa.  In 2006 we made a move in to the urban forest coming to Des Moines.  With over 16 years of well rounded experience in the field we offer a unique perspective to modern tree care. 

 

We are adament at being a small and personable company.  The owners do the bidding and are present at every job and do most of the work, only taking on extra help in the busy seasons.  We set out everyday to provide the highest level of service that will delight our customers.  By doing good work we get most of our business from repeat customers and word of mouth referrals.

 

Owner Scott Kluver has a minor in Environmental Studies and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Forestry from Iowa State University.  He is a Certified Arborist from the International Society of Arborculture(ISA), Certified Pesticide Applicator of Iowa, Wildland Fire Certification, and Certified Forester from the Society of American Foresters(SAF).

Full Service Tree Care

Tree care means caring for trees, not cutting them down for the lowest price.  Unlike the door to door, pickup truck and ladder tree services, a reputable tree company has an ISA Certified Arborist, is fully insured for the customer's protection, and has the proper equipment and proticols to do the job most effectively.

When contacted we will come to your location, assess your trees and shrubs, create a free management plan to best address your property's arborcultural needs, and finally provide a written estimate of cost.  We enjoy looking at your yard, being available to answer your questions, educating you on the species you have, and any issues or care your trees may need. If you have a insect or disease issue, it can be identified and treated effectively to save the tree.  We stay current on all the new techniques and treatments in treating trees.  If it is a lost cause we can remove and replant a new tree from our nursery specific to your site and preferences.
